Returns
Please be sure to check out the dimensions of each house to be sure that it is right for your yard. Some of them are quiet large. We do not refund purchases unless there is a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong product due to a shipping error on our part. Even though we try very hard to avoid these problems, they sometimes happen.
Should you have the need to return merchandise because of an error on our part, you may return it for a full refund of your purchase price, including cost of shipping. Merchandise must be in the same condition including the original packaging. You must contact Augie's Birdhouse before returning a product. We ship from various warehouses and the procedure may different for each product.
To return an item, just send an e-mail to support@augiesbirdhouse.com with all of your information and include the order number and the reason for the return (item was damaged, received the wrong item, etc.) immediately after receiving your shipment and we'll get back to you ASAP with the return instructions. You will have 7 days after receiving our email to return your product . Failure to notify us via email at the above address before returning your item(s) will cause additional cost and delay your fefund.
You should expect to receive your refund within three to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In some cases you will receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes the bank to process our refund request. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once your return has arrived back to our warehouse and then processed. We will do all we can to refund your purchase as soon as possible.
